Add-on

An extra attendant walks the event with a ring light device, enticing fun, candid shots from your guests. Photos are automatically loaded into a custom template to match your theme or style. Guests may then instantly send the pics to themselves digitally (sms, email, QR).

  • Great question!

    Booths are a fantastic idea if you:

    • have guests

    • desire to influence excitement and fun

    • want to provide keepsakes for your guests

    • yearn to add engaging, interactive entertainment

    • have an event 2 or more hours in duration

    • have an event in the Henderson or Las Vegas, NV area

    • have an event with proper space (at least 10sqft, level ground, covered to protect equipment)

    Such events include weddings, corporate events, quinceañeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, retirements, graduations, school dances, proms, grand openings, re-branding/branding events, product launches, professional and amateur sports events, ANY CELEBRATION YOU CAN THINK OF!

    Photo booths do not take the place of a professional photographer, but unlike a photographer, we are able to provide an interactive and fun experience where guests leave with their photo/video keepsakes (instead of waiting weeks or months for the release of your photos from a photographer). Both photographer and photo booth rental provide individually beneficial services.

    • Personalized photo templates with your name, event name, colors, and/or theme matching. We can use your event invitation to inspire our design. Or use your company logo in the graphics. We work with you.

    (Magic Mirror and Walking Booth)

    The Magic Mirror offers digital or printed photos. You may choose either a 4×6 or 2×3 size photo template.

    Our Walking Booth offers digital photos with a custom 4×6 template.

    Customization includes size, design, and number of poses (1-4) in your template.

    (360 Degree Booth/ boomerangs)

    We work with you to design graphics that will lay on top of the boomerang videos produced. We can add just about anything to match your event.

    *Our Basic Package includes a standard template without customization. We have many pre-designed, fun options to choose from.

  • Our packages begin with a 2 hour minimum, along with another hour and a half for set-up and tear down, which is included.

    Depending on the amount of guests you anticipate, we will recommend a suitable number of hours to accommodate your needs. Generally, you will need approximately 2-4 hours for 50 guests. More time makes for a non-rushed, happier experience…

    Less long lines = less waiting in line = more time on the dance floor!

    Something to consider is the duration of your event. You may wish to have us set up for the entire duration so we are not disturbing the vibe by setting up or tearing down during your fun.

    We arrive an hour before “go-time” to set up and take around 30 minutes to tear down. This time is automatically included in your package choice and does not decrease your guests time with the booth. (For example, if you book 3 hours, we will be there roughly 4 ½ hours).

    In some cases, clients need us to set up more than an hour earlier than our scheduled “go-time” and wait a while to begin at their desired time. In this case, we offer a discounted “idle time” rate for the time we are set up, but not working.

  • What we need:

    > approximately 10sqft at a minimum

    > more space is needed if various setup options are desired, ie. stanchions and red carpet treatment.

    > access to power

    > access to wifi

    (Magic Mirror- If wifi is weak or non-existent, digital images will be sent as soon as a connection is established. Guests are still able to enjoy the features of the Magic Mirror uninterrupted)

    In some cases, we are able to provide portable power and wifi. Limitations may apply.

    Getting Set Up:
